Leonard explained the pros and cons of both, and I ended up getting the whole driveway resurfaced with the problem areas cut out, and repaired down to the dirt and rocks filled. They "shimmed" the areas that weren't level, then completely resurfaced my entire 7200 sqft driveway. The entire job was done in 2 days, and the project was scheduled 2 weeks from when I called to make the appointment. The driveway looks great, and is probably good for another 20 years. "I definitely recommend GMC landscaping to anyone looking to do hardscape work and will consider him in the future if I have any other projects that I would like to get done. I hired Jorge to install a new set of front steps and a couple relatively large retaining walls around my driveway. Throughout the entire process, he was very easy to get in contact with and if I ever had a question, he was always very prompt to get back to me. Jorge was also very flexible with me as well. I was working on a budget and was willing to put in some labor myself to tear down and dispose of the old steps and wooden retaining walls.
