"I was very surprised at how expensive it would be to paint my condo since the square footage was only 1,199. The living room had cathedral ceilings and there were some dark colors used from the previous owner. I was told because of the dark colors and high ceiling, it would take several coats of paint to cover it and a primer would have to be used. I also wanted to use Benjamin Moore, which I know is more expensive. I needed to have it painted right away. I decided to have the job done by PM Quality painting because they were very professional and I had read the reviews. It went very well. I was told it would be finished in 3 or 4 days, but it was finished in two days because they had extra help. I was extremely happy with the outcome. There were no issues and the cleanup was terrific. They took the extra time to do the caulking where it was needed and to patch up any holes in the wall. It was expensive, but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend them again."

Nilton assured us he could complete everything in one day and have the study back together. My husband was skeptical.
1.  Nilton brought a second painter. They moved the furniture, protected everything, repaired the large cracks in the ceiling and walls, painted the ceiling with his paint, did 2 coats on the walls with our paint. He had minimal questions and they only took a 10 minute break because I insisted.
2. They came early as we agreed and were out of the house with everything finished, cleaned up (brought his own small vacuum), and furniture back in place by 2 PM (before my husband came home from class). The project gave us opportunity to edit what went back on the floor to ceiling bookcases!
3. Before he left, I asked Nilton to prepare an estimate for me for painting the living room and dining room. He has sent it. It is reasonable, and as soon as we can afford it, we will call him to come back.

"Great. That half of the house had not been painted for 30 years. Peter Smith Company painted walls, ceilings, and interiors of the closets. The crew repaired all the walls meticulously before painting. They moved all the furniture out of the way and put it back when the job was done. The job took about 1 and 1/2 weeks. The painters were always on time, worked an entire day from 7:00am to 5:30pm. They cleaned up after themselves every evening before leaving....vacuuming, folding up the tarps, etc. I highly recommend them. Peter Smith is very responsive; always answered my emails promptly. His crew were all friendly, polite and competent at their jobs. I used this company about 5 years ago for an exterior painting job as well, and had the same great experience. I will certainly use them again in the future. Their professionalism was great."
