"Rod and his team at Kash1 Construction provided a very reasonable bid for repairs in our garage and a small patch-and-paint job in the stairwell. We were dealing with years—decades, even—of deferred maintenance and patchwork repairs left from previous condo boards that didn’t want to invest in proper fixes. Over about three weeks, Kash1 Construction transformed our garage ceiling from a poorly taped, partially painted, mold-damaged surface into a bright, smooth, even, and mold-free ceiling. As vice president of this condo association, I’m extremely pleased with the results. We did encounter some challenges along the way—such as difficulty locating leaks, leaks reopening, and leaks that took time to pinpoint—but none of these were due to Kash1’s work. We have an older house with some tricky repairs and the crew was able to make the repairs, match the stain and they look great. We paid extra for the "dustless" service - well worth it to keep 99% of the dust out of the existing living spaces - but we still used plastic to seal off the living spaces as an added precaution. Whole job was done in under 3 days."

"I was very surprised at how expensive it would be to paint my condo since the square footage was only 1,199. The living room had cathedral ceilings and there were some dark colors used from the previous owner. I was told because of the dark colors and high ceiling, it would take several coats of paint to cover it and a primer would have to be used. I also wanted to use Benjamin Moore, which I know is more expensive. I needed to have it painted right away. I decided to have the job done by PM Quality painting because they were very professional and I had read the reviews. It went very well. I was told it would be finished in 3 or 4 days, but it was finished in two days because they had extra help. I was extremely happy with the outcome. There were no issues and the cleanup was terrific. They took the extra time to do the caulking where it was needed and to patch up any holes in the wall. It was expensive, but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend them again."

"Nilton was a pleasure to speak with over the phone and entirely accommodating to my family's schedule.  He was to begin at 9:00 a.m. and arrived precisely on time with an assistant.  Both expertly painted the room, two coats, and the end result is beautiful.  Most impressive is the fact that their work was so exacting, they did not need to tape the moldings of the doors, windows, ceiling and floor.  We will definitely use Nilton again.

"Our bathroom renovation was motivated by a desire to get rid
of the pink tiles on the walls and floor. It soon became clear that we would
have to go further than simply tile replacement. In the process of seeking a
contractor we were fortunate to find LAV. Luis? price estimate was competitive
and he brought an attention to detail and professionalism to the work. Every
day he put down drop clothes and cleaned up at the end of the day. We hit a
snag requiring the replacement of the subfloor but since he had agreed to
replace it if it needed it in our contract there was no extra charge. The next
big problem was the shower pan. We had had that replaced twice in the 20 years
we?ve lived in the house and were hoping to avoid that expense a third time.
Luis showed us that it had not been done correctly and was highly likely to
leak. Working with a first rate plumber he replaced the pan at a very fair
price. While shopping for fixtures prior to the start of work a store associate
showed us a $100 insert for the shower wall to hold shampoos, etc. I sent Luis
a text asking if he could do that. He responded nearly immediately that I should
save the $100 and he would build the insert. He attached pictures of inserts he
had done previously. We?ve got a great looking insert and a brand new bathroom.
The only thing not replaced was the ceiling. I highly recommend LAV.
