They completed the painting of the walls but did not paint pipes. At the end the job they did not clean up the paint scrapings. They apologies when I complained.

Amazing!!! Nilton was so professional and responded to all of my messages almost immediately. He was very flexible with my last-minute schedule changes. The paint job was perfect, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using Funchal's for future painting tasks.

Funchal's painting did a fantastic job! I can not say how grateful I am for finding them on Angie's list. They were always on time, very respectful, and did a perfect job. Nilton came in and provided a fair price quote. We supplied the paint and he and a helper came in on time and completed the job over 2 days; 13 hours total. The job involved sanding down the trim and bookcases and patching up the walls. The work done was excellent and we are very pleased with the results. This is our second time hiring Nilton to paint. We will likely hire Nilton again to work on our kitchen cabinets.

He painted two rooms. He was able to do it on a day's notice. It took him approximately 4 hours to complete the job. What I liked the most was that they were able to do it on a short notice. I felt that painting was a little rough at times, but it was okay for what I needed.

He arrives for estimates on time, is very pleasant. He was very good at communicating about time and the terms of the agreement, once we decided to go forward. He came on the day I needed him, and painted the hallway with a lot of trim, doors, and high ceilings very well. He did not try to do more than he needed to so, use more paint, or spend more time. He was very pleasant, and I would hire him again.

If anyone is looking for someone to do painting for them look no where else than funchals painting! First I would like to talk about the quality of their work. It was excellent , very professional looking and no sloppy messes anywhere. There was not one drop of excess paint on the floors or on any of the walls. They were very professional, efficient, and very patient with me. It turned out I bought the wrong paint color and the owner did a fantastic job explaining to me how to buy the right color in the future. I subsequently, ended up buying a few different color paints and he willingly and patiently put up the colors on the wall , so I would be able to see what it would look like. When I met him early that morning I told him I had a long list of Painting jobs throughout the house that I would like to see done .He and his staff worked really hard trying to get to everything in a timely fashion, and they did!!! I couldn't have been happier!! I feel like I got my money's worth . It was a fair price. 549 dollars for two guys , 8 hours each through Angie's list. On a scale one to ten and ten being the best, I would rate them a ten plus!!! Great job! I look forward to working with you again!!!

Nilton and his helper William arrived on time (both for the discussion of the job and the day of the job). I had purchased an Angie's List special- 2 painters for 8 hours for ONE day. I wanted to see if the painters were skillful and dependable as I have lots of rooms to be painted.
They did a great job, and are the quietest painters I've ever had. Everything was prepped to ensure the paint only went where it should be, ie. not on the hardwood floors. And they cleaned everything up nicely.

He is a hard worker, he is always on time and he makes weekend time for us when his weekday schedule is filled. He is coming next Sunday afternoon so because he was busy during the week. His work is excellent. And his prices is so reasonable. We recommend Mr. Funchal to a friend. When she used them for painting and when he asked for payment and she thought that she was too little, she insisted to give him additional $50.00! I can recommend him with no qualifications. And he is a sincerely nice guy.
