"I closed on a house that had wall-to-wall carpet in most of the rooms a week before going on vacation. I contacted Five Star and Ricardo responded right away, we scheduled for him to come see the job that needed to be done (he was very punctual), and did the work while I was away and the house was still empty. Since the house was empty and some of the work had to be done at night there were some minor issues such as a few staples (literally about 5) that were not fully removed and a spot that was missed due to lack of adequate lighting. Reaching the highest point of the cathedral ceiling while avoiding the beams was also a challenge. The wallpaper had been poorly applied so that removal was difficult and time-consuming, but he warned us up front that removal might take extra time. The house looks wonderful.
