"I closed on a house that had wall-to-wall carpet in most of the rooms a week before going on vacation. I contacted Five Star and Ricardo responded right away, we scheduled for him to come see the job that needed to be done (he was very punctual), and did the work while I was away and the house was still empty. I had 2 other estimates and his price was the most reasonable. Since the house was empty and some of the work had to be done at night there were some minor issues such as a few staples (literally about 5) that were not fully removed and a spot that was missed due to lack of adequate lighting. In summary, Gilson is a professional, meticulous and trustworthy.  He showed up when he said he would, worked hard and did an an incredible job. 
I knew this was going to be a long and diffuclt job due to the amount of skim coating and painting.  Gilson took it on and did it right.  Not only was the finished work better than we had expected, he cleaned up every day before he left and helped move furniture room to room so that it wouldn't get dirty.
Towards the end of the project, we had to leave for vacation for a week.  We left a key for him and when we came home, the house was spotless.
