"Bourque service representatives are always prompt, efficient, careful to clean up and knowledgeable. i just had the most wonderful experience with Bourque Mechanical My Furnace People. and Shane Flint, owner.  On a Sunday, this long term customer  sent an email inquiry about my air conditioning unit not cooling; Shane not only answered my email  on a Sunday but came in person to check on Monday.  Shane checked everything, even told me how to order the filters online and replace them myself. After inspecting the furnace and all the vents indoors, turns out  the AC unit still works - "someone " had opened the outside switch cover pulled out the throttle handle and turned it off. i would love to have taken fingerprints !!!!! Didn't need a new AC unit -- my very lucky day. Plus, Shane  is an authority on the new frontier of mini splits and an experienced installer as I look to the future technology.--"

Soon after the installation started though, so did our disappointment. The project was poorly planned, ultimately taking over a month (initial estimate 2 days) due to careless project management on their part. They also tacked on charges we were initially told would not be included and failed to resolve the issues we had with poor installation quality. If you go with Crisafulli, which I do not recommend, make sure you have a detailed SOW and can verify the work being performed."

All jobs are done with the air+ Rotobrush system for safe and efficient cleaning. If you have allergies, ducts that are filled with possible mold, pollen, dust mites, and dirt/dust circulate these pollutants throughout your home. We reviewed the work to be performed by walking through the basement, garage, all hallways and both apartments in our high ranch home. They worked from upstairs to downstairs as a team to remove vent covers and scrubbing all vents and returns with the two large vacuum-like machines with long handle rottobrushes. After cleaning, they sanitized the system with an antimicrobial fog. They opened and resealed the ductwork in the basement. After completion, they showed us before and after photos. Theses gentlemen were personable and efficient - a pleasure to work with."

"I will no longer be a customer of Mohawk Heating. On November 1st a technician replaced my thermostat. A Honeywell T4 Pro was also the replacement thermostat for my home. All I have is a boiler, so the work consisted of removing two screws, disconnecting two wires, then attaching a new faceplate and reconnecting the two wires. Almost forgot, he put two batteries back in. The technician then went to the basement to make sure the boiler was running okay, took a quick look and recommended some work on the system. The whole process took about 45 minutes. Imagine how shocked I was to be told the total was $545.21!!! I knew the service call was $125, so I figured on the high side it would be about $275. What an expensive lesson learned on my part. How could anyone, in good conscience, charge such an extreme price for this kind of job. I do regret not following through with attempting to replace it myself. This was a very costly mistake for me."
