AA Sewer & Drain

I got a call and appointment from AA Sewer & Drain the next day after I asked for quotes. Jason and his brother were calm and professional and cleared the difficult clog in the basement. They had to cut out tree roots that had grown in the pipe and clear a nasty clog. The job took about two hours. When they were leaving Jason said I could call if I had any problems. About a week later I noticed there was a broken pipe behind the washer and more water on the floor, so I called AA Sewer & Drain and left a message about the issue but no one called me back. I called again the next day but again did not receive a call back. I also sent an email with pictures of the broken pipe but still did not get a response. That's when I gave up and a friend helped me fix the problem which turned out to be a broken capped pipe that was leaking sewer gases in the basement. I appreciate the job they did on the original problem but wouldn't hire AA Sewer & Drain again because they ignored my messages and my 130 year old house needs reliable service people.

Work was done professionally and work area was cleaned# Explained the work as they went.
