"I have had many hvac upgrades done to my various houses over the years of my life, and I must say that the people from Paris Heating and Cooling were by far the most professional outfit I've ever dealt with. They were extremely knowledgeable about what I needed (especially Ed Diamond), and gave me what I knew to be an excellent price, which included the disposal of my old oil system. They were very clean both with the dis-install of the old system (no easy thing since there were baseboard rads to take out throughout the house, and the matter of an 1/8 oil tank in the basement) and the installation of the gas system. The quality of the system installed (American Standard) is excellent. They even had the foresight to install gas nipples for future connections to a gas stove, fireplace, and outdoor BBQ. The speed with which they completed the job was great. Lastly, they helped us with all the forms not only for the gas hook up with NYSEG, but also for the rebates from the company. I recommend them without any hesitation."

"The house was built in 1961. It wasn't apparent that any major refinishing had been done to the floors, but it looked like something was done at some point in the past. The floor was faded where area rugs had been down for who knows how many years! Dwayne and one of his co-worker came in and sanded down the floors and repaired the floor where an old brink planter had been put in as a room divider. The floors were covered in some kind of wax, so it ended up taking longer to do the work and special sanding paper was needed. Tom kept me well informed of the progress of the work. When everything was done, the floors looked great!!! I couldn't be happier! I know no one who walks in the room will be able to tell where the old area rugs were or that the brink planter was ever there! The extra work and supplies ended up costing more, but Tom is very accommodating about the price difference. I plan to have more work done on my floors in the future, both refinishing and tile installation, and I will use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone needing floor work!!"

"I found John's name and contact information on the Irondequoit group on Facebook after several people had recommended him for HVAC services. After my furnace ignitor began to malfunction, I called him up and he was able to come over to look at the problem on the same day, and summarized my options to remedy the problem including parts, materials, labor costs, etc. As my boiler system is over 30 years old at this point, I opted to go with a brand new one. Knowing that my boiler may be nearing the end of its lifespan (and in the middle of winter) John scheduled himself for the work within a week's time. He was in my home all day and installed my new boiler along with the accompanying new piping, parts and fittings, including expansion tank, shut off valves, flu vents, etc. He was very professional, thorough, courteous, and cleaned up my basement and left it the way I found it. I would highly, highly recommend him to others."

"The job went very well. Doug provided a very fair quote to replace my 4 year old roof that was very poorly installed by a different contractor. He also provided a quote to replace my family room ceiling which was damaged due to the roof leaking. He responded to my request for an estimate within minutes and was at my house within 30 minutes to determine the work to be done. He was upset by the work by the previous contractor and his goal was to restore my confidence in small business contractors and he and his workers definitely did that. Doug and the crew were thorough and attentive to small details. They went above and beyond on some aspects of the job.....manufacturing and installing a finished edge where the roof met the house on the garage and on an addition, matching the paint color of my siding for that edging, painting the roof vents and power vent, adding very nice crown molding on the newly installed ceiling. The crew was friendly and respectful of my property and Doug checked in regularly to make sure things were progressing well and that I was satisfied. The job did take longer than the original estimate, but that was because of the issues that had to be dealt with. The work was completed for the price quoted. I will definitely contact Doug at Do It All Contractor for my next project. My confidence in contractors has been restored!"
