J and N were here on time and did a good job. They were not able to take all the debris with them when they left, so I disposed of two bags myself.

I hired J&N Gutter in May to clean my gutters and to change the collars under the outdoor Christmas lights that needed replacing. I tried to tell Nick (apparently the owner) how the collars are to be put on correctly and he said, "I know how to", not listening to my instructions. After several weeks I noticed the collars under the Christmas lights were uneven, not put in the right position and crooked, and I contacted him and asked him to come back and fix them. He told me the wind had blown them out (which is NOT true) and then he told he was too busy during the summer. I waited until the end of Sept to contact him again, and now he WON'T come to fix the collars. He never tried to contact me or to make this right. He is NOT a good businessman nor a good person. Don't waste your money!

I?ve had hundreds of clients and not one bad review, we do good work, and have the up most respect for our customers. But we don?t when we work under threats of suits and complaints. Let this be a learning experience for everyone that there are still BAD customers out there."

Nick was very prompt and professional in responding to my request for a quote, responding the same day. I wasn’t able to get back to him right away, and he very politely followed up, which I appreciated. He was right on time for our quote appointment, and quoted a price that I thought was very reasonable given the amount of work needed. (The gutters hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time and even had some weeds growing in them, so could not just be flushed out.) We set up an appointment just a few days after. He again arrived on time and did a great job, with no mess left over. At every stage Nick was friendly and professional. I plan to have him clean the gutters again next year, and possibly use his power washing services too. J&N Gutter Solutions is a fairly new company, but they did a great job and I’d recommend them to my friends.
