Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. "We were installing all new windows in our home, 12 total. Chance, their crew leader arrived with the truck containing the windows and immediately did an inventory as the crew was arriving, and making sure all windows and tools were on hand. Chance advised they would have all windows installed in one day. Based on the number of the crew they made fast work of the installation. Each worker knew the task at hand and completed all the installation and clean up by end of the day. We did a walk around with Chance looking for any issues or problems we could find. Chance and crew advised their office on the completion. The crew did a great job and every window was installed correctly. I would recommend their company, crew and sales people. Modern Windows were the only ones that wanted to come to our region of NY and had a Sales Person on the road the next day."
