My husband and I are extremely happy with this company. The whole process took only 3 weeks. From getting a quote to getting windows ordered and installed. My advice is to order end of February early March. Before the really nice weather hits. They install fast and efficient. They we very polite and considerate. Especially having 3 kids. They cleaned as they worked.

There were a couple of minor problems with the windows. They were there when they said they would be there and gave me an estimate. I would definitely shop around before I pick up the phone and call them in the future.

The company quoted a price for me and gave an approximate installation date, by which they complied with. Their advertisement states that previous customers will receive a small referral fee ($50) for sales resulting from their referral. I told the company of my friend's referral, and gave them the info. they required. They have never followed through on their promise even after multiple inquiries. Such a small amount, and they renege leads me to believe they lack integrity, and I refuse to do further business with a company I have no respect for.
