A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. Chance, their crew leader arrived with the truck containing the windows and immediately did an inventory as the crew was arriving, and making sure all windows and tools were on hand. Chance advised they would have all windows installed in one day. Based on the number of the crew they made fast work of the installation. Each worker knew the task at hand and completed all the installation and clean up by end of the day. We did a walk around with Chance looking for any issues or problems we could find.
