I hired Joe and despite a few false starts (on my end, I kept having to postpone due to work obligations), he was incredibly patient and understanding. He was so reasonably priced, too! The contractors I normally use for work (I'm a property manager) charge way more for a unit that's less than half the size of my old apartment, and their work is mediocre at best.
