"A representative took the time to inspect the job before providing an estimate. In addition to installing the new shut off valves and outlet box, they installed an access panel in the wall for the shutoff valves. The installation of the panel was something other plumbers were not interested in doing. Noble was accommodating in the scheduling and performing all aspects of the job."

"This was a total positive experience. I would highly recommend Parker Plumbing and Electric. We have owned a home for 40 years and he is the first plumber who actually returned phone calls promptly and answered all our questions and explained the work he was doing.
