Service/repair was done long distance as the property was in Florida and I was in New York. They showed up on time, looked at the doors, and called me with a detailed explanation and cost. Accomplished the repairs that day and we could not be happier with the results.
The technician was prompt and easily corrected the problem I'd been having with the door. He also noticed that the door was cracked and made a simple, inexpensive repair that added about $10 - 15 to the cost of the service (far cheaper than replacing the door!). I don't remember the exact...
