He was incredibly fair with the pricing of the job. Nick and Dave were the two I interacted with the most because they did a majority of the labor. They were the best. They were respectful and knowledgeable. They took a lot of time to keep me updated and offer guidance for the long term care of my home. Having them working in my home never felt inconvenient. I ended up having to file a transcript of judgment with the County Court and have a lien placed on him and his business. He still has NOT paid. Do NOT hire Dan Ford aka Dan the Handyman."
