    We recently bought a house and noticed water sitting in the gutters and overflowing when it rained hard. We thought we might need to have the gutters replaced. Mark came out and recommended instead that we repair the downspouts and drain connections first to see if that resolved the problem. We agreed with his recommendation. While working on that task, Mark discovered that the underground storm drains were clogged. He contacted us with a recommendation to have a drain cleaning company come out to resolve that issue. We agreed and Mark made all of the arrangements with the drain cleaning company and over saw the work. Once that was complete, Mark finished up on his work. Mark was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. By arranging for and overseeing the drain cleaning company, Mark made the job (from our point of view) seamless.     I was referred to Skyline Contracting by a friend who's parents had work done on their gutters earlier in the year and were very satisfied with the work. I called Mark, the owner of Skyline Contracting, on a Thursday afternoon and he returned my call on the following Monday. He was very apoligetic for not getting back to me sooner due to a prior commitment over the weekend. It should be noted that I had received a number of estimates prior to speaking to him and had actually planned on going with someone else. Mark and a crew member came over the same day to give me an estimate, answering all of my questions immediately, and offering suggestions as well. The estimate was very reasonable and he stated that they could do the gutter install the very next day. I was so impressed that I hired him on the spot. They showed up the next day right when they said they would and began the work. I was not home at the time, but from what my wife reports, the work was done quickly and the gutters look excellent! I will definitely be using Skyline Construction in the future for any and all gutter needs read less

    Preston was very knowledgeable and transparent about the process from start to finish on our roof replacement project. We wanted the best product available(Owens Corning) and the best warranty available. A company that stands behind it's installers for LIFE is incredibly rare, as is the fully transferrable warranty when we eventually move. There was about 20+ color options since Owens Corning never reduced production during Covid and it was easy to decide. Nu Look actually had a computer generated aerial view of our home and it's exact colors and dimensions. So in real time we were able to see the different roof color options with our existing siding, shutters and colors.     Such was demand during peak roofing season (summer 2020) that it took a couple of months from estimate to completion, but the entire process was smooth, professional and w/o surprises. A double shingle roof was stripped, the deck was repaired, an unneeded chimney was removed, robust ice/snow guard and membrane applied, and a standing-seam metal roof was installed with meticulous attention to detail.     It SEEMED to have gone well 2 years ago, but, I was told in order to get rid of the smell I would have to throw out anything that was porous. Of course I couldn't do that, it was many things. So, I learned to live with the smell (after two weeks the smell was back). Lo and behold (two years later) I moved aside some boxes and saw mold and a wet cinderblock wall). I called the company because I spent $6k for remediation. Someone came to my house and said "well, what do you want from us, you did not get rid of your water problem". I was livid because I never had a water problem until they painted my walls and covered up the holes that were drilled into the cinderblock to allow for drainage. I threw that man out. I had his boss trying to call me and the boss even sent me a text asking me "don't you want to speak with the owner?" No, I do not want to speak after being "monetarily raped" two years ago for a paint job, dropped ceiling removal and some perfume sprayed around read less
