"They were very professional and when we had some leaking, they returned to adjust the gutters. They were just as professional the second time around. They also discovered a roof problem concerning water so now we can get that fixed. Any other issues, he said he would return to address. We had no problems with this company."

Dave was very professional and even disposed of my broken downspout and replaced a small part in another downspout without an additional charge. "I had my roof replaced by Monroe & More LLC the week of 5/11/26. Home located in Hamburg, N.Y. They did a super job, quality of work and workmanship and materials were excellent. They also informed me of any issues with decking before fixing. Yard was cleaned up to perfection when job was done. Customer service was also great. Always prompt with responses. Can't say enough about Monroe and More. Highly recommend. I was very pleased with this company."
