"I had my roof replaced by Monroe & More LLC the week of 5/11/26. Home located in Hamburg, N.Y. They did a super job, quality of work and workmanship and materials were excellent. They also informed me of any issues with decking before fixing. Yard was cleaned up to perfection when job was done. Customer service was also great. Always prompt with responses. Can't say enough about Monroe and More. Highly recommend. I was very pleased with this company."

"Just had all house and garage gutters and downspouts replaced. Josh and his crew were amazing!!! Josh listened to our downspout concerns on both the house and garage and was able to resolve the issue in a way that was aesthetically pleasing. So glad we had the gutter guards installed before the maple helicopters started to fall. No more having to go on the roof!! Very pleased with the company and their workmanship. Clean up was A+ Office staff were very nice to work with. Would highly recommend them!"

"O'Connor Contracting was recommended to us by two neighbors after we had a roof leak. Kris O'Connor personally repaired the leak, and we then contracted with his company for a complete tear-off, trim, gutters, leaf guards, and a new roof on our shed. They have a large crew, all very professional and friendly, and they finished the entire job in just three days. Excellent price, top-quality work and materials, thorough clean-up! Also, the day after the project was completed and paid for, we noticed one small item that hadn't been finished. I texted Kris, and he sent two of his people the next day (Saturday) to take care of it. We're very happy with their work and highly recommend them to other homeowners.
