We are in the business of keeping your basement dry. Our experienced Owners will do the estimates and look at your issues and give you the best options to address your concerns. "I had called Kinetic Basement Solutions because one of my two sump pump pits began filling with water. The pits had no pumps and very little water in them for years but that all changed recently. The team assessed the situation and installed two pumps, one in each pit, along with exterior drainage basins and I no longer worry about the water. They performed the installation about a week after I told them I wanted to move forward and they were nothing but professional. The installation inside was done well and there was no cleanup I had to do when they left! Outside, I had one minor aesthetic concern that was addressed immediately the following day. More companies should be as responsive as Kinetic. Nicole and the office staff are a pleasure to deal with."
