QUALITY ROOFING & REMODELING

We were recommended via a family friend for a new roof and a bathroom remodel and other additional work. Came and did estimate then wouldn't return phone calls. After a month they finally came to fix the roof then dropped off the face of the earth. After waiting several months with no return calls or emails gave up and went with another contractor. Advised them via email our course of action and with in hours got a reply with a bill. Their excuse was they took on additional outdoor jobs due to the warm winter.

As you can see above, they were reliable, thorough and efficient.

I called the provider and he responded promptly. Said that he could give me an estimate and arrived within the hour and assessed the job. We agreed on the price and he did the repair the next day.

They spent 2 days at my house putting on a new roof, sliding glass door and gutter. They were professional, efficient and neat. They worked very well together and constantly cleaned up. The door was beautifully framed in and the price reasonable. I would reommend them to anyone and will call them to come back to do further work

The roofer was punctual, and professional in his manner. He repaired the roof and charged a very reasonable price. The roof has not leaked since.

The roof does not leak anymore, were quick and am satisfied with their work.

He does very good work. The company is located in Cohoes and is a very reputable company. I have used his services 5 or 6 times in the past, and he is extremely good. He does meticulous work and stands behind it. I would give him A all the way, this guy is good.

Company did do a good job with siding. I had wanted other work done but calls were never returned....over a 3 year period.
Window installation was not what I expected and not explained at time of contract.

Job was estimated quickly, and a fair price quoted. The crew appeared when they had the materials, and put them on the roof. Then more heavy rain came, so they couldn't work. As soon as the rain stopped, they got to work and completed the installation in a couple of days. They cleaned up all their debris. The job and the crew were first rate in every way.

Their reliable, I did not have to be there when they were working. They also billed me a few weeks after the work was done, so I did not have to pay up front. They people who came out was pleasant enough. They also kept their appointments and were right on time.

IT WENT EFFICIENTLY, NEATLY AND UNOBTRUSIVELY.

They did a good job. He's a very honest man. I was very happy. They weren't the cheapest, but I wasn't looking for that, I was just looking for a good roofing company. They are a really good company.

The owner, Ed, was extremely friendly and helpful and responsive as far as scheduling went, but was not there while the work was performed, which might have made all the difference between my grading them with B's rather than A's. The installation team showed up on schedule and the roofing itself went well, as did the installation of the skylight and the patch inside. Notably, they underestimated the cost of the skylight but split the difference with me, which I thought was very fair of them. On the downside, I saw a box of 25-year tile on the ground rather than the 30-year I paid for, although I really don't know if that makes much of a difference. Also, while I am told by Ed that they completed the metal flashing around the chimney, an entire side is covered with clots of black adhesive and looks terrible. Their contract says they will do the work in a neat, professional manner, but I have to say the chimney was anything but that. When I called Ed about the flashing, he said he'd stop over and take a look himself and call me. He never did, so I sent a him a picture of the chimney and asked him to let me know what he thought we could do. He never called, so 3 weeks later, I just called him again and got him on the phone. He reassured me that the flashing is there, but agreed it's unsightly and offered to paint it for aesthetics if I wanted. I am disappointed about the flashing because the chimney doesn't consistently have metal around the chimney and it looks bad. If paint is my only option, it's not going to help. Overall, though, I am pleased with the work done -- the rest of the roof looks great. I do trust Ed's judgment that the flashing is watertight, but I do wish they'd paid more attention to the appearance afterward.

The owner of the company came promptly when I called him regarding a small leak I found in one of the apartments. He checked the roof and found that the drain was clogged. I had him inspect the roof and he found that the flat roof needed coating. He quoted me a fair price and returned and finished the work.

He showed up on time. Went through the inside of the house looking at the leak in the roof that was causing the water dripping through the ceiling. But because the ceiling was all closed off, could not get access from inside the house to look for the damage. He came back the next day as promised and got on a ladder to get up on the roof to look. Came back and called me to let me know that it was probably due to the clogged drain but did not notice any roofing damage or cause to such a possible problem. He cleaned the drain and told me that his assumption was that would solve the problem. I admired his honesty, diligence and integrity. Few are so honorable these days especially. And he only charged me $50 for the whole thing!!! WOW!!!!! I would definitely recommend his services to anyone!!

THEY HAVE BEEN HERE EVEN WHEN IT RAINS. I HAVE THE SAME PEOPLE THAT WORKED ON THE ROOF SO THEY HAVE BEEN FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY IT LOOKS.
