Jim Brady sends me a reminder every year to do a "service call" to make sure the units are fully charged and clean them. I cannot say enough good things about him. I had a couple of units installed by another contractor (prior to finding Air Comfort) and the quality of his work is so much better + he knows what he's doing and is able to get the job done quickly! Jim has been in the business for years so he's really experienced at doing installs of the ductless A/C units whereas so many contractors these days have "jumped in" and don't know what they are doing. It takes them longer and the install is sub-par. You can't go wrong with Air Comfort. I recommend them highly."

"He fixed the problem, I felt it was expensive for fixing two breakers They are not that expensive to buy and he charged $225.00. He was only here 1 hr and I felt he stretch his time he could have don't it quicker. He seemed to make a few trips to his truck instead of bringing in the equipment in all at once. Also he was supposed to get back to me to install the ring door bell, he never got back probably because he said it would be $100.00 and I told him the manufacturer of the ring said it could be installed for $50.00 Overall I feel he was charging a bit too much for his services."
