On a Sunday, I submitted a request through the Angie app for a leaking toilet seal that was allowing water to drip into my basement. They responded almost immediately and scheduled a technician for 8:00 AM the very next morning. Jason arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair efficiently. It was obvious he was highly experienced—everything he did was second nature to him. He worked neatly, kept the work area clean, and took pride in his workmanship. On top of that, he was courteous, professional, and a true gentleman. From the prompt response to the quality of the repair, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to use Aquarius Master Plumbing and Heating again and highly recommend them."

Tim and his team redirected all of the drain pipes (5 in all), reshaped the slope of the land surrounding my house, planted grass seed, and left the yard spotless. Now my basement is drier than Arizona in mid-July. These guys are pros, they finished in a day. It was a pleasure to see these men work! Their price was more than fair. You can't go wrong with DIGGS! "I am amending my review after subsequent contact with Basement Systems. Ultimately I am satisfied with the work they finally did, Kathy from the office is very sweet and the work done by Dale was ultimately done although there was much confusion since I was never called or emailed to let me know that the work was complete (it is a weekend property and we were not present- which makes it challenging to schedule with providers). I do wish they did a better job with communication since this was the main issue (not hearing from them when they were not able to come for an appt or not hearing that they were coming to do the job!) I will say that despite my frustration, I do think the work was done well, Dale assessed another concern or ours unrelated to this job, and will be coming back to further assess and provide an estimate if need be, and Dale even closed a garage door that was left open by another service provider which was much appreciated. So I certainly would do business with them again and am pleased with the final outcome. But for the sake of completion, below is my original review.  

Prior review:
Was initially very pleased with prompt initial response and visit from Dale for free estimate. He came on 9/16 as scheduled, was very likable, friendly and informative and spent much of time surveying house and property and providing recommendations as to how to best address leak in basement and buried drainage pipes on the property of our newly purchased home. Was told he would email estimate within week. Dale made such a good impression that I was surprised that I did not receive the estimate within a week. I called 2 weeks later to remind them to provide estimate which should have been my first clue that things would not proceed smoothly.
Had difficulty getting work scheduled which was to be approx 4 hours of labor for 2 men. Not totally their fault as we are weekenders and could only be there for thurs/friday/saturday dates, so I can appreciate that scheduling might be difficult, but still frustrated that work was scheduled for a friday 2 months later. Was called a few hours before appt and told that someone was sick and they could not do job. Was not called back when I asked to reschedule. When I finally reached Kathy who works in the office was told that Dale would come personally the following Monday and do the work himself. Needless to say he never did and I never heard from anyone from the company since then. Wasted nearly 3 months of our time and left at square one. Thanks for nothing. Extremely disappointed with lack of professionalism and surprised that this company has such high ratings."

"Our basement went from a strong mold smell throughout after a big storm with some flooding from a drain in the basement to being dry and not a hint of mold. No walls were disturbed. Note that if you have a recurring water problem their heat process may not be for you."

"Cory and his team were professional, conscientious and knowledgeable. They demolished an old, decaying front deck/porch and constructed a beautiful new one. They worked thoughtfully, efficiently, with careful attention to detail and took genuine pride in their work, checking in with us every step of the way. They went above and beyond, making sure that all aspects of the walkway meshed with the finished deck stairs with careful attention to safety. They honored their time commitments and even worked through a rainy day by pitching a canopy so that work time would not be lost. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair and the finished deck is perfect in every way. Cory and his team were a pleasure to work with and we look forward to using Kalthoff Handyman Services in the future."
