We purchased a Lennox furnace & A/C unit from Cooney and it was installed on 08/27-08/28. From Ron in Sales, to Quinton, Matthew, Shaun & Brian in service, the installers were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We replaced a 30-year old furnace and a 22-year old central A/C unit. Time will tell if we made a good decision with Lennox, but so far the staff at Cooney has been great! I am far from an easy customer to interact with, but all of the staff were up to the challenge and responded to all of my questions, concerns and requests knowledgeably and respectfully. A great team to work with that represented their company well.

Purchased a new hot water tank. Ron Stevens was great to work with and then Matthew, Oden & Zachary came to install it. They did a wonderful job and all extremely polite. They explained all of the extra details that I might not have known. Before they left, they even swept. You’d never even know they were there! Great job to all! Thanks so much!

A very nice felcame to the house. To interact our heating. I went through with everything. Total favorite. Send us a estimate we waited 2 months. We have finally called them. He said there'd be one in the mail and he called. I think the next day they called with an outrageous estimatonight.I think it was 25000 dohours.Then he said he would put that out of my assessment.Itemized estimate in the mail and it never showed up.That's how that's how good they are

Conney was very supportive and helpful repairing our water system. When they realize we did not have any hot water, they came four days earlier than scheduled to replace the part. Alex was very helpful explaining what happened and what to look for. He also was very kind to my dog.😊

It took a while to diagnose the problem, but was able to repair it. He does know his stuff.

After playing a bit of phone tag (my fault...I was just not able to call or answer their return calls during my work day), I talked with a woman at their office. She said she would have the tech call me. He called within a 1/2 hour and said he was 13 miles away and could come right then! Very pleasantly surprised with that as I figured there must be 100's of calls with the heat wave. The tech, Joe, was here for about 1 - 1.5 hours. He serviced the unit and it's been working perfectly! Joe really seemed to know his stuff and knew exactly what to do! Very pleased with Cooney!

1- After hours call on Memorial Weekend. Serviceman could not fix the problem. He said a whole new part was needed and he didn't have it.  Cost approx.  $240.

2- Service man came on Tuesday.  He said we didn't need a whole new part, just a fuse.  He replaced the fuse and cleaned the coils approx:   $230. (He could have fixed it on Saturday... we were without air in 90 degree weather for days)

3-  Air Conditioner stopping working again a week or two later.  They came after 5 p.m.    Service man was there for 10 minutes.  He said he cleaned the coils and fixed a wire.   $139 (another after hour call).  He was extremely rude because my Mom didn't have her checkbook. Almost threatening.  They eventually called me for a credit card number to pay the bill.

4- Two days later, the air conditioner stopped working. Called them again. My brother was in town and handled it.  He told them he expected them there to finally fix it right .  This service man said that there was a wire loose and there were several wires that needed tightening.  No charge this time.  I still think we should have been refunded the previous money when the first guy misdiagnosed the problem and  yet we had another service charge on that Tuesday.  Not to mention the after hours called for $139 when obviously things were not done correctly.

Everyone I dealt with at the company was professional and courteous.

vWork went well, Since we were not an existing customer we had to write a check for the service call on Sunday. They do not want payment for the furnace work until the entire job is finished. No deposit.  They need to come back to finish up a few things but I know they will be back soon because they want to get paid.

After meeting with them and having them come out to check my house out, he said he would call me with a quote. I waited over a week without hearing from them, then called them myself to get the quote. The quote was higher than the initial range he had given me during our initial meeting which surprising because he said the job was on the extremely easy end of the spectrum. 
He said that they would call me back shortly to set up the time to come install it. I waited a week and a half before calling them back and being told they'd give me a call in a few days. I then waited three weeks before calling them again. They finally gave me an appointment for the end of the week. They then blew past that appointment time (without contacting me) by several hours. I called them after a few hours to see what was going on. The installer did come later in the day and did the job.
All that being said, I'm happy with the quality of the work, but boy, it was certainly a hard time getting them. I would use them again, but I would hope that they would be more responsive.

Cooney Air Conditioning & Heating came out after several other companies wouldn't since I was not an existing customer.  The serviceman did a good job and he was personable.

They were great, we signed a contract with them with no obligations so we will certainly be using them in the future.
