The technicians arrived when they said they would, and worked without a lunch break. The price they quoted was the price we paid. There were no hidden costs. "After the toilet was changed on 9/1/23. The plumber refused to caulk the gap at the base of the new toilet. Gaudioso didn’t respond to my request to fix it. That left a gap and roaches were roaming out from that gap into my apartment for 11 days until I hired a handyman to caulk it. It costed me extra money and emotional distress"
