"I hired GMC to have my 4400 square foot house that we just purchased to be move in ready cleaned. Wow what a great job, the previous owner had dogs so they took care of EVERYTHING even extensive carpet cleaning. "Excellent. Marcos is extremely detailed and thorough. He discovered water leakage through existing foundation and urged me to have him fix the problem. After digging he showed me all the broken mortar that caused the water leaks. He corrected the problem, added drainage and water proofed the walls.
He then installed the brand new patio with Cambridge pavers. He installed the patio and added an ornate border which looked amazing. We never asked him to do this!
Marcos and his crew are hard working and professional. after the job was complete, they cleaned up, reseeded the lawn and removed the demolition material.
I highly recommend them. I will ask them to return someday to fix my walkway!
