"Marcus originally promised the job would be done in less than 2 weeks, and 9 weeks later, he quit the job without finishing. For the first 2 weeks, he used our personal tools because he brought no tools to our home. He admitted to using our down payment for his personal expenses and thus he could not purchase materials for our job. He asked us for the next payment in advance for flooring, then subsequently admitted to lying about ordering flooring (he again used the funds on personal expenses), which we ultimately had to buy ourselves and have him install because we couldn't trust him to purchase materials or with any more of our money. He improperly reinstalled our dishwasher causing a major leak that we had to hire a plumber to fix. We were able to agree on Marcus paying a cash refund for the delays and unfinished work, but after significant delays. I would not recommend."

The difference in how we use our home has been unbelievable honestly, totally changed it for the better, and has added so much value to our home. They were very patient with flooring choices and responsive to any questions we had, or ideas for specific details I proposed. They discovered some water damage during the demo they had to do and were very upfront about it and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. They could have just recovered it, as it added an extra days worth of work to the project that they might not have had available in their schedule, and wed have never known. We could not be happier, and they are coming back next month to do some work in our bathroom!"
