"Vinny and Eric are the owners of All County Chimney, do all of the work and are fully insured. They arrived on time, protected the area surrounding the fireplace and discussed the approach they would use to clean the chimney. The original plan was to clean the chimney from the roof top down. This wasn t possible because our chimney is pretty far off the roof and no safe place to place a ladder. They were thorough, neat and provided an explanation of what and why they were doing what they were doing. I personally like the idea that the owners are the ones doing the chimney cleaning. They were not the highest or the lowest quote. I chose them because: 1. Vinny responded quickly to my inquiry 2. I like the idea of the owner doing the job 3. Excellent communication and follow up While on-site they did NOT try to sell me anything we didn t need (e.g., chimney repairs). "Greatest Techs for Chimney Services around!!!  About 4 years ago, I flagged them down from a neighbors home and they installed a Chimney cap for me, very honest, they advised me that my chimney lining would need attention in the near future.  They did not pressure me to up-sell other services, they installed my cap at a VERY fair price and went on their way.  Todays visit was at my request again, bad chimney issues, they were honest and replaced my entire chimney lining as I was about to have a complete blockage!  I was there as they opened up the assess... I am so lucky, the flu was almost 90% blocked!  These guys are real professionals and want to share with all how great they are!
