The company which sent me my custom cabinets sent me broken pieces and some of the cabinets were not the right measurements. Joel was very patient and kind enough to help us write a list of eveyrything that came in wrong for us to send to the cabinet company. In addition, he helped me fix a broken chair which was our of his scope of work. Will definitely hire Joel again in any carpentry and cabinetry future projects that I may have. "Beautiful showroom, great help with design, on time delivery, and excellent installers! Did a total kitchen redo and looks beautiful! All questions or concerns answered and handled right away and the installers were always early or on time, and very unobtrusive, neat and polite. Project finished ahead of time and we would use KBW again in a heartbeat. One issue was receipt of a damaged cabinet which they rectified right away and are replacing. Thanks Sara, Jim, Ed and Matt!"
