The job went great. I would recommend them to other. They completed what I want I needed them to get done. They got my freezer up in running before I lost anymore food.
"Part was on backorder. Due to the length of the backorder it fell through the cracks and we failed to follow up with the customer. We made a mistake. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have the part to fix it and we will not charge her for the part. Or if she doesn’t want it fixed we will gladly refund in full our diagnostic fee of $107.95."
