While they worked hard each day, they were still most accommodating of our needs as homeowners. They moved their equipment several times so that we could be on time for personal commitments, they worked quietly and efficiently (except for the sounds of their equipment, we would hardly have known they were here), and when they were finished, they carefully cleaned our basement before their departure. My only complaint was that the appt time was changed 3 times before the final request from Shamrock, at 5:30 p.m., asking if we could be the first appt of the day, 9-10 a.m. They showed up at 2:30-3:00 p.m. I had to call Shamrock at noon to ask if we still had an appt. They replied now the previous job was not finished. Why would I get a call at 5:30 p.m. the day before to request if I could be the 1st appt of the day? Our afternoon plans were cancelled that day. I have no complaint of how job was completed but then I can't see the chimney cover being screwed in place. I guess I should have for a before & after picture."
