Installed a fortified roof via the Grant Program from the NC Insurance industry. John and Kim were great to work with and responded immediately to any question, and the crew did an excellent job. I appreciated their experience working with the grant program, and not forcing me to pay the grand total until I received the Grant money.

Hired on the recommendation of a friend to replace the roof and repair the roof supports. They came and did the work, eventually (5 months after I had started working with them), after filing a supplement with my insurance company. Then they left my attic open to the elements and did not return calls for several weeks, then told me they had finished the job and asked for money but never sent me an invoice.

They came when they said they would and it was finished in the time frame they said it would be finished. Did a little extra repair and charged very little for i t.

They were prompt in providing the estimate, starting and completing the work.  The estimate was detailed and the work was completed as promised.  They were very clean, and did not destroy landscaping around the house.  We recommended them to two friends who were also very pleased with their work.
