"We are truly very happy with Big Haulers 716 service. They removed an above ground pool, deck and swing from our back yard. We agreed that they would arrive at 4:30 pm; and they arrived on time as promised. During the days prior to the service, they were very prompt to reply to the questions related to the service. They are very respectful, good professionals, and their service was as expected… and some more. After the service they cleaned up and left the serviced area clean and without debris. Their work quoted was fairly priced. I will use their service again without a doubt. Thank you Ken and Andrew … much appreciated."

"Good service in certain ways but brought me sofa full of fire ants and broken big screen TV. Their sales pitch claimed they own their fleet but all I saw were Ryder rental trucks. Only my initial deposit was paid directly to mayzlin. I can't get anybody on the phone to talk about broken TV."
