Sam, is a true professional, stayed at my house until all of the work was completed, worked around the clock. The attention to details and the finishes were amazing. Super humble guy and also a main of faith. Really enjoyed working with him, is refreshing to know people that donâ t just want to ripe you off.

Wonderful experience working with Sam. He did all that he was asked to do and in the process of checking the whole house electrical found the the AC/heating system, 25 years old needed replacing plus damper motor- the works from inside the attic and outside large part of the system, Since he is a licensed HVAC professional, he replaced the entire system for us

I called Maintex to repair my outdoor outlets. When I met the contractor/owner I also decided to have them install outdoor Christmas lighting on the exterior of my house. Electrician came out to replace a GFCI outlet and diagnose a short in the electrical box. He tracked the short down to another outlet and replaced that also along with some wire in the box itself. The company is very easy to work with and explained everything in detail to get the best job done.
