"Giovanni and his team removed the paint from my three house chimneys I had asked him to paint over the white and he thought I would be happier to have the chimney's restored to the origingal brick boy was he correct. While up on the roof he cleared it of moss and dirt, cleaned and repainted my 6 dormers. . His price was lower than other quotes I got. I got a fixed price for the project yet when he did somethings he thought needed to be done - like power wash my garage doors and side he didn't ask for more money. Giovanni doesn't speak English however his assistant Arlette was in constant contact with me translating and orchestrating conversations between us. She texted me when the guys would come and leave. For my barn roof painting project Giovanni pointed out that I had to shore it up. He was correct. I feared the worst. But he reinforced beams and made the entire barn secure by installing steel beams I had between three of the support beams. The price to do this was VERY reasonable. Most contractors overdo projects then charge for it. The photo is of the back of my barn which had a rotting overhang. He saved the gutter (most would had wanted to replace it) ripped down the useless overhang, installed metal sheeting along the face and reinstalled the gutter."

The longevity of resurfaced concrete depends on proper preparation as well as the fundamental condition of the original concrete. Depending on the application used to resurface the concrete, reapplying a protective sealer every two to three years can extend the life of the new concrete surface.

If the cracks in your concrete patio are cosmetic, you can pour a concrete overlay over the patio to cover them up. However, you shouldn’t cover more severe cracks because the underlying damage will simply cause new cracks to appear in the overlay. For thin driveway cracks that aren’t widening or lengthening, a polyurethane crack filler is usually the best way to seal the crack and prevent further damage from water and ice. If you have cracks that are more than ⅛-inch wide or driveway cracks that continue to grow, you should call in a professional driveway repair company to fix underlying problems—like insufficient support from the soil underneath—before filling in the cracks. An epoxy sealant is a better option for wider cracks after the surface is leveled and the underlying problem is fixed.
