"I hired Polar Plumbing to replace my existing direct fired water heater because it was reaching end of life and was not keeping up with our hot water needs. I had originally considered a tankless system and when Jared visited my home he took the time to explain the features of the tankless system and contrasted that with an indirect fired system. We decided to go with the indirect system with a whole house filter. At that point I was still meeting with other providers because I wanted to be diligent about understanding the different services and indirect tanks. Through this period Jared and Ray were incredibly responsive and thorough in their responses to my follow-up questions. "Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures.
