Cleanout - we will remove all of your unwanted items, trash, and junk and arrange for disposal. Estate Liquidation Service - we work with those who may be downsizing, or have lost a loved one and need help liquidating their estate. We help you determine the best options for item removal. We can sell your items for you, or help you find an auction company to sell them. We can arrange for donating the items wherever you'd like. We also offer cleanout and deep cleaning. We can arrange for a dumpster (if needed), remove remaining items, and clean the home from ceiling to floor. Move-in/Move-out/Deep Cleaning. We will clean your home (in the areas you specify) from ceiling to floor, including, but not limited to: wiping down walls and baseboards, cleaning the inside and outside of your oven, refrigerator, and cupboards (including the tops). Wash interior windows, clean fixtures, pictures, ceiling fans. All of this is in addition to the normal sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and kitchen and bathroom cleaning that is to be done.
