They did a pretty good job. They saw us pretty quickly. They were costly but they gave us the medicine that we could bring home instead of buying them. They charged extra for having them do that.

They are good for boarding and medical too. I have a lot of peace of mind there because they are wonderful and it is the same people. They are friendly and wonderful. If something happens and I need to be worked in it gets done. I lost one of my dogs a year ago. They handled my shepherd beautifully as he was very strong and a lot of people couldn't handle him but they did a beautiful job. The boarding is good and they charge $18 for a bath which was a decent rate and cheap. They brushed him and I didn't want anybody to give him a bath because he just cries and carries on and I wasn't really comfortable with other people doing it. They can handle him which is great. I don't have to worry about anything. I can call and check on my dog and doctors available. I wouldn't go to anybody else.

He does a fine job taking care of our dogs. His appointment schedule generally runs right on time unless of course someone has an emergency. He is a kind vet and he takes his time to put the dogs at ease with him in the strange environment. I do recommend his services for other people with pets. The price escapes me right now, but it is reasonable for this area.

They were wonderful and very personal. My dog is very comfortable and not at all scared to go there. They have large exercise areas and the faculty is very clean and well maintained, despite being an older building. They also do grooming, baths and shots.

We have been using them for twenty one years when we go on holidays. Our pets like going there and they are also very good veterinarians. They have a good reputation and they looked after our pets for many years with no problems. Our pets were fed regular pet food and they exercised both the cat and the dog and groomed both of them. They had them ready when we came to pick up our pets.

I've used McPhails for five years now, to board our dog as well as for veterinarian purposes. The area is clean and spacious, the staff is very good with my dog, and they walk him while we're away. There's also a play area.
