"My first experience with Affordable Electric (Dave and Kevin) was on Sept 7th when a breaker failed due to overloaded circuit. What they discovered when making that repair is that I had multiple breakers double tapped. My house is over a hundred years old so needless to say it was in need of an upgrade. Dave called me when they thought they were going to be late which I appreciated very much. Kevin arrived exactly at the time they indicated and went right to work. Affordable Electric went far beyond my expectations with the installation of the new grounding system at no charge! Everything else was very reasonably priced.

"We came home from vacation to very stormy weather.  We found that our garage wall and top corner of the ceiling where the garage meets the house was WET.  We looked for someone on Angie's List to provide us with an estimate on repairing whatever damage might be up there causing this problem.  Due to three top-notch reviews, we called T&T Construction on a Friday.  David Turner (owner) answered my call and we agreed that he would come out at 10:00 Monday morning to take a look at the roof/siding.  Mr. Turner was punctual and got straight to business taking apart our siding trying to figure out what was causing our problem.  He told me that if for some reason he couldn't find the problem, that he would put everything back the way it was before proceeding.  We did, in fact, have what appeared to be hail damage to our siding and roofing. Mr. Turner gave us several options for how he could proceed with the work and an estimate.  We agreed on the estimate and, much to my surprise, Mr. Turner said he and the one man crew he had with him could get the house repaired by that evening.  My husband inspected the roof and siding upon completion and was satisfied that they had done exactly what they had indicated in their estimate.  Mr. Turner worked neatly during the job and cleaned up his equipment and other scraps VERY well after the job was done.  At the end of his work, he even offered to clean fingerprints left on the new siding during installation.  Upon request, he also attempted to fix a siding problem in the back of our home after the roofing job was completed, but not having any additional siding material, he was unable to correct the problem.  He DID put everything back in place as it was. My husband and I were very pleased with his professionalism and work ethic and would be happy to recommend him and use his services again in the future.
