"The work that Dave did was absolutely superb! He worked with us to come up with the best solution and even though we had an idea of what we wanted to do, he often made suggestions on other options which was helpful. His workmanship is impressive and obviously strives for perfection. We now have a plumber for life!"

"I don't often leave reviews, but I still feel taken advantage of by this company. Let me start by saying that the man who came to my house was very nice, professional, friendly, etc. That was not my issue. My issue is that they charge 49 dollars to come out (fully advertised) but still it puts you in a spot that once they give you a quote you have already "dumped" 49 dollars to get them there so you are more likely to say yes. The guy went down and informed me he had to cut through the drywall to get to the pipe, which I knew. I didn't have the right tool to do it and they came quickly. I figured how much could it cost to cut a 3x3 foot hole in my wall? Well, I found out. He quoted me 150.00 dollars. I knew that was a lot, but he said he was going to bill for 3/4 of an hour (45mins), but assured me it would "not take that long." I went down to the basement to watch and it took about 3 minutes. So here I was at 200.00 dollars and all that had actually been accomplished was a hole in my wall. He then quoted me the job and it was an additional 355.00 dollars. This is when I said "thanks, but no thanks." I tried to give a coupon of 25 dollars off "service," but was informed that he didn't actually perform a service. I guess charging me 150 dollars to cut drywall isn't considered a service. So 200.00+ dollars later I was left with a 3x3 hole in my drywall and had to call another plumber to finish the job (for half the price). Friendly service, prompt service, but couldn't help but feel I had been taken for a ride."

"Mike installed our toilet quick and professionally. He ask was very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions about toilet size and fit when I was toilet shopping. I highly recommend his services!"

"Right from the start Nate was very responsive and answered all my questions which set my mind at ease. He gives a time and sticks to it. The work was completed as he stated. It was a pleasure to work with him. I will recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, dependable plumber with affordable prices. Thank you Nate."

"John was absolutely professional before, during, and after the job was done. I will personally recommend him to everyone I know that needs this type of job done or even any of their plumbing needs."

"The technician was Excellent. But The price they charge is ridiculous. 250 to snake a small bathroom sink is over the top. I really think these plumbers are charging outrageous prices to make up for losses due to the dumb virus. The job should have been no more than 175.00 not $321.00."

"everyone we worked with was wonderful!! Although it costed a little more then I could afford, I had a stroke and needed a shower. They did a fine job!"

"We had several plumbers come and look at a leaking pipe. They either tried to up charge or said we needed our tub ripped out. The two gentleman from Boss knew exactly what they were doing. They replaced the pipe at an affordable cost and did it immediately. I plan on using them in the near future and referring them to other people."

"5 for sure. The installers were great. Installers did a great job installing the triple sump pump system. System is working well. Won’t really know if all the capabilities of the system will work until Disaster strikes. Because we have had the same system in a different house for the last 20 years, I don’t have any concerns that it will work flawlessly."
