Mike was right on time and prior to starting the work he told me roughly what the cost would be. He did explain that price might go up or down a little depending what he found. He explained to me what he ws doing and why. I would hire him again and reccommend him to my friends

"We received a call to repair Regina's water heater. She cancelled as someone else was doing it. We got the call a week later to help, as we often do in these situations. We arrived to see wiring strung across the home and still there was no hot water. Our electrician took down the wire and repaired the service panel back to its original form. Bryan replaced the box store water heater that never worked with a premium "state" water heater. The home is now back to normal for Regina. We are sorry she had to go through all that trouble."

Mike and Brian provided prompt, timely and professional service at a fair price and they use quality materials that are expertly installed. We called them for a a water heater replacement and they actually pointed out an additional maintenance repair issue that they were able to handle while they were on site. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing any type of plumbing repair or installation.

I had my leaking water heater emergency handled promptly by them. Mike called about my emergency immediately. Less then 6 hours after he called, I had a new water heater installed. Had a water heater replaced in my basement. They did a good job, however I wish they could have put the new water heater in the same footprint where the old one was. The new one is farther away from the wall than the old one. I was home during the install and wish that they would have showed me where it was going before they finished the job. Other than that it seems like they did quality work.

"We don't understand this review. We believe the tank to be in the same spot. It would take more work to move it. Dave saw the tank in place multiple times while we were installing it and after it was done. It would be an easy move. we just wish he would have called. tomorrow we will contact him and offer to move the tank for free. We certainly do not want anyone unsatisfied with us. Hopefully, we can make this right with him."
