"We had several plumbers come and look at a leaking pipe. They either tried to up charge or said we needed our tub ripped out. The two gentleman from Boss knew exactly what they were doing. They replaced the pipe at an affordable cost and did it immediately. I plan on using them in the near future and referring them to other people."

But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Won’t really know if all the capabilities of the system will work until Disaster strikes.
