They were so polite, easy to work with, extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were here for about a week and left the worksite clean each day when finished. We hired him to replace two walkways, build a gorgeous firepit, construct two rock walls and install Belgium block around a garden. "I can't say enough about Hector and his team. It was a big project involving tearing out an old rotting wooden retaining wall and installing one with interlocking blocks -- a LOT of blocks along a very long stretch, multiple levels, and in a place that machinery could not easily reach. I put it out for multiple bids, and some people just make up (higher) numbers. Hector's bid was very competitive, maybe even the lowest, and he did more work than anyone else was proposing to do. In particular, an additional design element that he proposed (he was the only one I talked to who took the time to find out what I liked and didn't like and made a creative suggestion for something new, rather than just replacing what the old one looked like). And then the team was all super professional and friendly, took the time needed to do the job right and it was a lot of very hard work. We've been getting a lot of compliments on the results. Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat."

"I called Luis and 2 other contactor's for a small but essential sheetrock job inside our home and demolish and installation of new stairs outside. Well let me tell you Luis came to my house shortly after I called him and he gave me an estimate right away. A few days later I spoke with him and ask him if he could come and perform the sheetrock job next Thursday or Friday because timing was critical. He assured me that he could accommodate me with no worries. Well, Thursday came and he patched up my ceiling wonderfully. He did a very nice job on the sheetrock ceiling ($700). The next day he set up a 3 man crew to demolish my stairs and create a masterpiece new steps. He told us you will be able to walk up these steps with your eyes closed. He adjusted for the drainage and used part of the old stairs as a retaining wall. When the new steps were finished they were stunning and my wife loves them (1,800). We will definitely use Luis and his crew again for our future projects. He is very good."

"The services provided were acceptable and they were very efficient. Very friendly and good to work with. We had 5 spaces painted. Overall cost was on par with other quotes we received, but we chose them based on timing. While we were not under a deadline, we did want to get things completed ASAP and they were able to deliver. They even took care of a smaller side project for me as part of the scope and that was greatly appreciated. I do, however, have to comment on some of the quality issues. Some of these I pointed out at the time, but were not fully addressed upon completion. Generally, there was a sloppiness: some missed or light paint spots need touch-up; edges were not as straight as expected; bleed-through under taped areas; light switches painted; outlets painted over; and paint spots on wood floor. I am pretty forgiving of many items, but I have to remark on these because they are items that I avoid when I do the painting myself. UPDATE: We discovered more paint marks on the floors. This is really sloppy and we will likely need to have floors refinished."
