He came to my house on time and explained exactly what he would need to do to fix my clogged toilet and how much it would cost. He also noticed some additional problems which I wasn't aware of and he gave me a quote for repairing those other issues. I hired him to do the entire job because he was so knowledgeable, professional and very polite. He did an amazing job. My toilet is running like a brand new toilet!
