The service men,Guy and his partner was ultra thorough! My burner problem was intermittent and temperamental that took a lot of man hours to solve. Guy would not give in until it was solved. Professional, courteous and thorough with troubleshooting the whole system. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

As soon as I went on Angieâ s list they contacted me. He asked for pictures of our hot water heater and all the documentation on it. By the end of the day he sent me a quote for two different models. The night before he came to install the new heater he asked to see it to be sure he would have everything he needed. Mr. Rizzo is an excellent plumber and a pleasure to work with. He covered all the floors I would definitely recommend him. He was a rare find!

FANTASTIK!!!!! Came to my house looked at Hot water tank and was back 1st thing in am and replaced everything! Fast clean super nice!!!!Explained everything! The best!

Service was fast. Called and they came out same day. Nice and quick to find problem. Will use again. The only reason I'm not giving a better review is that I was told in a text a service call during the day would be $60. I was charged $90. All I needed was batteries in my thermostats. My bad for not knowing that, and my bad for not asking again before having someone come out.

Guy Rizzo got back to me right away, came when said he would and fixed the problem-a dirty pilot gas line. The price was very reasonable. Guy is a straightforward, nice, fair guy. I would recommend him to anyone, including family and friends, that needs gas heat or hot water service and/or repair.
