If there was ever an issue or concern, Clinton responded himself within a few hours of contacting them. When our pool filter shorted out in a storm, they were there within 2 days with a new filter and gave us a fair price. The billing is easy, they give you a paper copy as well as send an email providing a bunch of payment options. The receptionist is efficient and someone always responds and answers. "Palatial Pools installed a large in-ground pool and spa for me back in 2007. I did not want to see or hear the equipment, so they installed that about one hundred feet away in a "hidden" location. Douglas Vunk was my main contact for this project and he and his crew did a great job with everything. Since initial installation, I have used Palatial Pools as my regular cleaning and maintenance company. Douglas is always on time for scheduled services.
