They showed me clearly how full the tanks were and clearly explained the problem and the solution. The prices quoted were very fair and there were no surprises. It took around 90 minutes. The job was all done outdoors and when they left you would never know it was done. Very neat and professional. The odors, etc we had were gone and we noticed the drains all flowing more freely. The men dry vacâ d the floor and carpet, removed the carpet and dried the padding and floor. It is a brand new carpet so I wanted to save it but doubted anything would. They were terrific. "I thought they did a great job; they were very professional and courteous, if there was anything I did not like was that the initial job was to unclog the main sewer line, but could not do it, they still charged me $275, in the past I only paid from $75 - $150 when they unclogged the line, they charged so much money for not unclogging, I think they should have bypast that charge, I did pay $9500, to replace the main sewer line and trap, which I'm ok with."
