Rob came by my home and diagnosed my issue right away. it was something as simple as pulling some of the wires out of the sump which caused the float switch to stop working. Not only did Rob solve my issue right away, he explained to me in detail how the sump pump works, and the precautionary measures to take in order to avoid any other problems in the future.
