"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "They came to clean both my wood stove and my parents . We knew my parents was in bad shape and they recommended replacing it and gave us a quote. The man was very nice and professional. Then they came to clean my woodburning stove. He cleaned it, was very nice, but could not get one section out and told me mine needed replacing also and gave me a quote! I was planning on getting it replaced when a friend who has my exact same stove came over and took a look at it. He was able to clean it and the part the guy was trying to get out ( upper bricks) came out and we were able to clean the whole thing!! I will never use this company again and highly recommend others not to"
