+ -1 moreVery happy with work. John was friendly and respectful. After about 5 years we developed a leak around the chimney and he immediately repaired it.
Description of Work: Replaced a flat roof. Cleaned up after themselves, came when they said they would. It's been 10 years and still the roof is in good shape.

+ -1 moreSEE ABOVE-WORK IS EXCELLENT. JOHN IS AN EXTREMELY GOOD CONTRACTOR AND VERY FAIR. HE PUT MY ROOF ON OVER 15 YEARS AGO AND I CONSTANTLY ASK IF IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND HE ASSURES ME THAT EVERYTHING IS FINE. ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WOULD COME IN AND JUST REPLACE FOR THE MONEY. I HOPE HE STAYS IN BUSINESS FOR A LONG TIME.
Description of Work: THIS PROVIDER PUT MY ROOF ON OVER 15 YEARS AGO. THIS YEAR I NEEDED HIM TO COME UP AND PUT SEVERAL VENTS , SHOVEL MY ROOF AND MAKE ANY UPDATES NEEDED SO THAT I WOULD NOT GET SUCH HUGE ICICLES. MY ATTIC WAS TOO WARM. I WILL HAVE THEM COME UP BEFORE WINTER TO CHECK OUT ALL MY SHINGLES ON MY HOUSE, ROOF AND SHEDS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS FINE. JOHN IS A VERY GOOD CONTRACTOR AND DOES HIS BEST FOR ALL HIS CUSTOMERS. THERE ARE SEVERAL CUSTOMERS ON MY STREET THAT HAVE HAD THEIR ROOFS INSTALLED BY HIM. GREAT COMPANY.

+ -1 moreOverall the job was excellent. All work was completed in a timely fashion and in a very professional manner. All that was promised was delivered .
Description of Work: Remove one layer of shingles,install new drip edge. Install snow & ice shield on roof & valley.areas. Install new ridge vents. Installed 30 year shingles with all new vent flashings. Removed old wood stove chimney and replaced decking. Removed old power vent and replaced decking. Installed same roofing on 8' X 12' shed next to house. Installed EPDM rubber roof on woodshed in rear yard. Cleaned up on a daily basis and at end of job.

+ -1 moreThe people who came were personable. They seemed to be knowledgeable enough. I did have them take a look at the roof for any repairs. Their recommendation was to do complete resurfacing of the roof. All roofers in my area were extremely busy at that time and it was very difficult to get an appointment, but they came. It was a very short interaction. They gave me a price which I could not spend at that time. They figured out how much material they might need. They were willing to work with me on the finance part, which was good. I would have used them if I had the money at that time.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Imperial Roofing Co during spring. The quote was to resurface the roof. They were going to put rubber roofing over my existing roof.

+ -1 moreWork was completed in a workmanlike manner and premises were left clean at the end of each day. They were a pleasure to work with and provided very competitive pricing. Completed all facets of the job as promised and I would not hesitate to hire this company again.
Description of Work: Imperial Roofing did an excellent re-roofing job on our ranch style home and work sheds. Home was built around 1955. It has just been completed so it is too early to tell what the long term results will be, but based upon my inspection everything has been professionally performed.
